Judicial Misconduct

As noted in the previous blog posting, we are writing numerous letters to members of the Senate and House of Representatives as well as others alerting them to the labor law case that we lost in district and circuit court. The actions of the judges involved, including Tenth Circuit Chief Judge Deanell Tacha who allows such abuses from the judges in her circuit, demonstrates a shocking disregard for average Americans and the United States judicial system. These same judges have spoken out publicly about the need to increase the salary for federal judges. We maintain that until the judiciary exercises some oversight and holds judges who behave as the judges in our case have done accountable, then a salary increase is an affront to every decent, law abiding citizen. We shall write more about this topic in the future. (L.B.)

Please check out our " Statement of Purpose " Site. If you find that you agree in whole, or in part, then you should consider signing on. There will be no dues or financial obligation. The only thing we would ask is that you be honest about your intentions. It is the goal of this web site to correct the deficiency in proper union representation for bargaining unit employees of the Utah Transit Authority.
